Busy, multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a full time Retina Surgeon to join their well-established retina service. The practice is a community-based practice that does practice mission trips and has a strong ethical reputation in Omaha. They own their own surgery center and offer a partnership track.

The retina service is limited to adult patients with well trained support staff and scribes. All clinic locations are well equipped with all necessary diagnostic equipment. Surgery is done in the practice owned surgery center that can be bought into with partnership. There is no hospital call required and 4 retina colleagues currently in the practice to help with retina call.

Compensation is highly variable and will consist of a base salary and production bonus. Partnership is offered when associates breakeven; breakeven calculations include the base salary which keeps incentive structures aligned well. The practice has more partners than associates.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2025 fellows
