Established ophthalmology practice is seeking a comprehensive ophthalmologist with surgical interests to replace a departing physician. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an existing patient base and busy surgical schedule with immediate volume.
Position Highlights:
- Comprehensive ophthalmology with strong surgical opportunity
- Incoming physician expected to perform 15–20 surgical cases monthly initially with room for growth
- Established referral network and strong patient demand
- Opportunity to invest in the ASC
- Office-based surgery center available
Compensation & Benefits:
- Guaranteed $300,000 + bonus
- Production bonus increases to 45% after two years
- Full benefits package
