Residency trained or experience preferred- Time frame late Spring/early Summer 2026
$175,000-$200,000 or more potential

from VA Beach, 20 minutes from the York River.

• Full scope practice looking for an Optometrist who can treat primary care, medical & contact lenses focus.
• M-F schedule- no Saturdays!
• Practice is fully equipped with state of the art equipment: OCT, IPO, Lipiflow, all the bells & whistles
• New YAG Laser!
• Techs/scribes provided
• Base with bonus structure(glasses & exam side bonused), that can allow for compensation well over $175K
• 3 weeks PTO & 7 paid holidays, and full benefits package, 401K with match, CE

• Finishing lab, Techs that refract
• Privately owned Optometry- non PE group
• Residency trained or experienced ODs will be considered

Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in VA required. Excellent clinical and Communication skills. Works well in a team environment.
