Optometrist (OD)

Great opportunity to take over an established patient base in the coastal community of Rehoboth Beach, DE.  You will provide a variety of exams with a medical focus and enjoy a great M-F schedule.

About the Role

• Join a multi-doctor ophthalmology/optometry practice to take over an established patient base.
• Focused on medical eye care: significant pathology, pre- and post-operative care, glaucoma management, keratoconus, urgent/emergent visits, and more.
• Dedicated clinical and administrative support.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $200,000–$300,000
• Full benefits: medical, vision, dental

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed OD with strong medical optometry experience
• Comfortable managing complex pathology and perioperative care
• Team-oriented, able to collaborate in a multi-doctor environment

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
• License to practice in the state of NY
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
