Optometrist (OD)
I am recruiting for a well-established private MD/OD practice near Lancaster, MA that’s looking for an Optometrist to take over an existing base of glaucoma patients. If you have a passion for medical Optometry and glaucoma care, this could be your ideal position!

Position Highlights:
· Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (no weekends!)
· Patient Base: Established glaucoma patients ready for ongoing care
· Volume: Approximately 30–35 patients per day with the support of an experienced glaucoma tech team
· Optical: None on-site — allowing you to focus entirely on clinical care
· Flexibility: Option to provide comprehensive exams if desired

Compensation & Benefits:
· Competitive salary: $175,000–$220,000 (commensurate with experience)
· Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K and PTO
This practice is not considering 2026 grads or residents as the position will be filled before available

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)
· Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
· License to practice in the state of MA
· Excellent clinical and communication skills
· Ability to thrive in a team environment
