. M-F schedule, no Saturdays ever!

. Full range of patients- techs do all the pretesting- Never more than 2 comprehensive exams per hour!

. Great opportunity to succeed quickly with commissions on professional fees

. Productivity is rewarded- Salary guarantee 140K plus bonus structure & benefits- ability to earn 170K-190K+

. State of the art equipment and finishing labs in al locations and surfacing labs in 2 locations

Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in TN required. Excellent clinical and Communication skills. Works well in a team environment.
