For almost 25 years, dental, eye care, and medical practices, along with manufacturing corporations in the Materials Science space have relied on ETS to provide highly qualified dentists, optometrists, physicians and material sciences professionals for their organizations. Although I originally founded ETS (Executive Talent Search) to recruit sales and marketing professions for technology companies, I quickly saw a need within the medical community for highly specialized recruiters.

We pivoted to focus our efforts within a specific market and launched ETS Dental in 2001. Since then, ETS has consistently expanded year-over-year. To support this growth, we rebranded our support organization to ETS Recruit, dedicated to serving our client and candidate-facing recruiting teams.

Today, ETS comprises six teams totaling over thirty recruiting professionals. Together, we have successfully placed thousands of professionals across various sectors, including Dentistry, Optometry, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Family Medicine, and Materials Science Operations, spanning all 50 states and five countries.

• ETS Family Medicine: Rapidly emerging as a leader in recruiting outpatient Family Medicine Physicians and related Advanced Practice Providers.
• ETS Tech-Ops: Specializing in the global placement of Materials Science Engineers, Scientists, Product Development, and Manufacturing Leadership.

Throughout my career, I’ve launched businesses from the ground up, relocated for exceptional opportunities, and balanced the responsibilities of being a devoted husband and father of four.

Originally from a grape farm in New York’s Finger Lakes Area, I hold a BS in Business from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH. For thirty years, my wife Sharon and I have called Roanoke, VA home. We are immensely proud of our four adult children—Heather, David, Ben, and Samantha—who have each graduated college and are pursuing successful careers in Education, Mechanical Engineering, Recruiting, and Social Media Marketing, respectively.
