As an Account Executive/Recruiter for ETS Vision since 2009, my goal is to match the requirements and objectives of both my client Practice and my candidate. Every practice has a specific need and my goal is to create long-term solutions for each client when finding that perfect Optometrist.

I focus on finding Optometrist candidates who fit the specific needs of my client practices. Whether my client needs an Associate, potential Partner or Buyer, I am up to the task. Building and maintaining business and personal relationships will always be my top priority with the focus on dealing with people, not organizations.

Being able to help candidates enhance their career and clients fulfill a need for their practice is very rewarding and continues to be the motivation that makes my job a great one.

I have over 25 years of business experience, being the owner of a small business most of those years. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Horticulture, and I reside in Roanoke, VA with my wife and 3 kids. In my spare time I enjoy running, reading and movies.
