• Comprehensive care, including medical, pediatric, and specialty services (scleral lenses, anterior segment disease, glaucoma, myopia control, and more)

Compensation and benefits:

• 80% paid WOA/AOA (not state license) fees for each Associate Doctor
• Paid exam fee for Board certification, Associate is responsible for ongoing recertification fees
• 1 fully-paid educational experience per year for each Associate with prior approval to booking
• We offer a guaranteed base salary for the first two years as an Associate builds their schedule and establishes a patient base, transitioning to a percentage of collections as soon as the production-based pay surpasses the competitive base salary. Guaranteed base starting $600 per day with potential to grown to $1000+ per day.
• With a 3 year contract, will provide a $15,000 student loan reimbursement**
• Option to be part of employee health and dental insurance group
• STD/LTD/Life Insurance

Minimum qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Valid Wisconsin license or intent to obtain
• Positive attitude and team mentality
