About the practice: We pride ourselves on providing our professionals with cutting-edge technology, including the Daytona Optomap for comprehensive screenings, Zeiss OCT, and Easyfield analyzer for precise medical testing. We utilize Revolution EHR for efficient workflow and communication. Our intuitive referral system supports cataract and refractive surgery co-management with top institutions like Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute and other local ophthalmologists.

Overview:

• Provide Saturday coverage weekly, 10:00-6:30
• 15-20 patients per day
• Staff support for pretesting and patient check-in
• Earn $550 per day
• PTO accrual

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, warm, and friendly service to ensure exceptional patient experiences
• Educate patients on eye health and preventative care
• Conduct comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing and treating vision problems and eye diseases
• Assess visual alertness, field of vision, hand-eye coordination, and identify eye defects
• Foster a positive work environment, collaborating effectively with support staff and providing guidance and mentorship

Qualifications

• Hold or be eligible for a valid Washington state license
• Highly motivated with a commitment to excellence in eye care and patient satisfaction
• Dedicated to continuous learning and professional development
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
