OD/MD practice has opening for an Optometrist in Pullman, WA. Earning potential of $200,000+ first year!

This established OD/MD practice is rated 4.8 stars on Google, proving that they are well-loved by their community. They are currently looking for an optometrist to join the practice and work alongside their dedicated staff to provide excellent care to their patients. Dry eye management experience is welcome – They’ve built the Palouse’s only dry-eye center, allowing them to effectively diagnose, treat and even cure dry eye with a combination of medical expertise and advanced technology.

Overview:

• Mon-Fri 8-5
• Patient base covers all ages
• EHR: ModMed
• Tech support
• Practice has OCT, retinal imaging, visual field, etc.
• 4 days per week in Pullman, 1 day in Moscow, ID

Responsibilities: 

• See 2-3 patients/hour
• Provide medical and routine eye exams
• Provide perioperative care to surgical patients (mostly cataract)
• Diagnose and treat dry eye

Compensation and benefits:

• Base pay $150,000-$170,000 plus production and optical bonuses
• Balance between base pay and bonuses negotiable
• $10,000 sign-on bonus

Minimum qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
• Licenses to practice in Washington and Idaho
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
