Outstanding Associate opportunity with successful Ophthalmology practice located in Williamsburg, VA. Opportunity to join a busy practice focused on providing quality care. M-F schedule, 3 hours from northern VA & 1 hour from Richmond, VA and an hour from coastal VA waters. Immediate need, interviewing now!
- Outstanding base pay plus production

- Efficient Techs to allow OD’s to focus on medical exams
- M-F, no Saturdays!
- Full benefits include: Health, vacation, 401K, CE & PTO
- Income guarantee of $150,000 the first year, 30% collections after- potential for $200,000 plus
- Signing bonus of $25,000, up to $15,000 moving expenses covered, possible student loan repayment!
- Some split time in Hampton, VA-35 minutes away
Qualifications:
Must hold an O.D. degree with a license to practice in Virginia. Must be customer service oriented with a compassionate personality. Will consider optometrists with any experience level.
