Location: Williamsburg, VA

Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Saturdays / No Weekends)

Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Bonus Structure ($175,000 – $200,000+ total potential)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Earnings: Guaranteed base salary paired with a performance bonus structure (covering both exam and optical sides), yielding an earning potential of $175k – $200k+.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice full-scope optometry in Virginia.
  • Residency training or prior clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic, patient care, and communication skills with a team first mindset.
