Optometrist (OD)

Our client is a busy, patient-focused MD/OD practice known for high-quality care and staff retention. Join a stable team where you can grow your career without sacrificing your evenings and weekends.

What You’ll Do

• Practice full-scope optometry, working alongside ophthalmology
• See approximately 4 patients per hour, supported by a dedicated technician
• Provide comprehensive eye exams and manage a variety of ocular conditions
• Opportunity to build a niche in dry eye management, myopia control, or specialty contact lenses (experience in these areas is a plus, not a requirement)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• No late evenings
• No weekends

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary starting at $145,000+, commensurate with experience
• Production-based bonus opportunity
• Full benefits package

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Optometrist (OD)
• Comfortable practicing full scope
• Experience with dry eye, myopia management, or specialty contact lenses is a plus, but not required

• Counsel patients regarding their vision needs

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
• License to practice in the state of MA
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
