Optometrist (OD)

Great opportunity for an Optometrist to work 28-40 hours per week in an established practice in Lancaster, PA.  This position is available due to the current optometrist relocating out of state, offering a unique opportunity to step into an established patient base from day one.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Flexible 4-5 days per week (28–40 hours total).
• Patient Volume: Sustainable workload of 2–3 patients per hour.
• Environment: Join a supportive team with well-trained staff and fully integrated Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Clinical Tools: Our practice is fully equipped with advanced technology, including Optos and Visual Field imaging.

Compensation & Benefits

• Rate: Competitive hourly rate of $70–$75 per hour.
• Bonus: Additional bonus opportunities
• Benefits include PTO, CE days
