This practice seeks a doctor to provide comprehensive eye care to patients while practicing to the fullest extent of their license.
Overview:
- Monday-Friday only (off at 1 on Fridays)
- See about 20 patients/day with tech assistance
- Provide comprehensive exams, specialty lens fittings, co-manage ocular disease, dry eye treatments
Compensation and benefits:
- Base pay of up to $140,000 plus production-related bonuses
- Health insurance
- Malpractice insurance
- Sign-on bonus
- CE ($1500 + 3 days PTO annually)
- Paid holidays
- PTO (15 days)
- Relocation reimbursement

- OR license fees
Minimum qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
- Oregon optometric license
- Residency training preferred but not required
