Busy OD/MD practice in eastern Oregon seeks full-time Optometrist – No weekends, up to $200k base plus bonuses

This practice is booked out 4 months and would love to add another optometrist to help manage growth. The optometrist will provide a mix of comprehensive and medical care for surgical, ocular disease, and specialty lens patients.

Overview:

• M-F only, 8-5
• Practice at both locations – Eugene and Cottage Grove
• About 3 patients per hour
• Tech and scribe assistance
• EHR: NexTech
• Provide pre/post-op exams, ocular disease co-mgt, contact lens fits, comprehensive exams

Compensation and benefits:

• Base pay $135,000-$200,000 + productivity bonuses

Minimum qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
• License to practice optometry in Oregon, or intent to obtain
