Comprehensive Ophthalmology practice looking for a full time Cataract Surgeon/Comprehensive Ophthalmologist. The practice has 2 ophthalmologists cutting back to part time and another busy surgeon who will be slowing down in the coming years. The practice is looking for someone who wants a strong cataract practice and is comfortable with a comprehensive patient base in clinic. The scope of the practice is wide currently.

The practice has strong OD support from within and helps with pre and post op care. Surgery is done at surgery centers nearby and a hospital if desired although there is no hospital call. Both surgery centers can be bought into.

Base salary of $350K (DOE) with a production bonus of 30%. Partnership offered based on metrics – achievable in 2nd year.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2025 residents and fellows
