Large, multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a full time Neuro-Ophthalmology fellowship trained Ophthalmologist to join them on a partnership track. This position will allow the new associate to see comprehensive patients and do cataract surgery if they wish. The practice is also open to neuro-ophthalmologists who are dual fellowship trained in pediatric ophthalmology. All sub-specialties are represented within the practice.

Currently the practice has multiple neuro-ophthalmologists and is looking because of a retirement in the practice. Providers are given ample support including techs and a scribe at all times. Surgery is done in a practice owned surgery center. Call is only 2 weeks per year.

Compensation for a newly graduated fellow will be $250,000 with a production bonus of 52%. Partnership is offered after 3 years, and the practice is willing to write practice sale protections in the contract. Partnership includes the practice, real estate, and the surgery center.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2024 fellows
