Multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice with great reputation and well-established patient base is interested in hiring a full time Pediatric Ophthalmologist. Due to the need in the area this is an opportunity to practice full scope pediatric ophthalmology and do intraocular peds surgery. Surgery will be done at the University of South Alabama. This is an area that needs the service and a practice with a wide reach for referrals in the area.

For this position, the practice is open to a pediatric ophthalmologist seeing comprehensive patients and doing adult cataract surgery. This will be done in a surgery center that you can buy into. There is no required hospital call required.

Partnership is available after 2 years, discussions typically start at 1 year into employment.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2024 Fellows
