Physician owned; surgical referral style practice is looking for a Cataract Surgeon/Comprehensive Ophthalmologist. The practice currently has a large cataract patient base and will hand off part of the patient base to a new associate on arrival and send them new patients. As a refractive leader in the area, this practice likes keeping up to date with emerging refractive technology and is involved with industry and device development.

Optometrists in the practice see most of the primary care and help with call by being the first line. Surgery is done in nearby surgery centers which can be bought into. Clinic loads are light with strong tech support and a scribe to support the new associate. This position offers a great opportunity for mentorship and an ability to get busy very quickly.

This is a partnership track position, the practice is seeking an entrepreneurial and leadership mindset in the new associate. This is a unique position to buy into a practice with exponential growth and great runway to continue expanding.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2024 residents and fellows
