A physician-owned ophthalmology group is looking for a full time Medical Retina Specialist to join them. There is an established retina patient base in the group the new associate will be able to immediately take over. The practice has a long-standing relationship with a retina only group nearby for surgical referrals and urgent patient needs.

The practice works 4 days per week and greatly values work/life balance. All staff are treated well, well trained, and the group has great staff retention. There is no required hospital call and call for the group includes all providers, even the OD. It is a very light call.

Compensation will be a base salary with a production bonus. Partnership is generally offered at 2 years.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2024 fellows
