Physician-owned Ophthalmology group is seeking an Oculoplastic Fellowship trained Ophthalmologist to join full time. The practice is well established, offers a partnership track to the new associate, and an opportunity to buy into the surgery center above the clinic. Given the current patient base of the practice, a new associate should be able to build a cosmetic patient base quickly. The practice will be supportive of any type of case the new associate wants to pursue and is well respected and connected to the local medical community.

The practice has a culture of caring for staff any way they can. A new associate will find they have great staff retention, which makes for an efficient and uplifting work environment. This is part of the patient care philosophy and helps the practice provide a high level of service to patients.

Compensation will be a base salary with a production bonus on top and strong benefits package.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2024 Oculoplastic Fellows
