Physician-owned Retina only group is looking for a full time Retina Surgeon to join them on a partnership track. Partnership will be guaranteed in the employment contract with the buy in amount defined as well. Protections against a sale to private equity will also be included in the contract. The practice treats all adult retina patients and sees mostly straight forward cases – there is no ROP, advanced uveitis, or oncology patients. Each provider is given a support team they help select consisting of well-trained techs and scribes. Surgery is done in hospitals and surgery centers depending on the location and patient.

The true selling point of this practice is the people and your future colleagues. They are all down to Earth, easy going, respectful of each other, and have varied interests outside of medicine.

Compensation will be a base salary of $400,000 (for new fellows) with a production bonus. Historically, associates reach upper 6 figures before partnership. Partner incomes are $1mil+.

Requirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible, Have completed/will complete a Vitreo-retinal surgery Fellowship.
