Full-time Optometrist need in Lafayette, LA  M-F-(1/2 day Friday)

Established Ophthalmology practice located in Lafayette, LA  is looking for a Full-Time O.D. This city has it all regarding entertainment, great restaurants, school systems and an active lifestyle

-ODs can earn between  $160,000-$180,000 based on experience & ramp up to $200k.     August 2024 start date

-Full benefits include: medical, malpractice, CE, PTO, short term disability, profit sharing after 1st year
-M-F schedule- only 1/2 day Friday
-No optical on sight, great Dry Eye niche, soft contacts in place- can add specialty fits
– Multiple Techs provided, Scribe added once volume in place
-State of the art equipment including IPL- excellent dry eye niche
-The practice is looking for a doctor who is hard working, ambitious, team player/down to earth, and willing to become part of the team. You will become part of an amazing team with skilled staff, and everyone plays a role in the patient’s experience.  The OD is the revenue driver

Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in LA required. Experienced ODs & new grads can apply. Excellent clinical and communication skills.
