Full time Optometry opportunity in Southwestern KY

This optometrist opportunity includes:

• Base – Based on Candidate experience
• $20K Sign on Bonus
• Will consider Relocation Bonus
• PTO, Paid Holidays, 401K with match, CE, malpractice, medical/dental/vision
•  5 Day Schedule – with 2 Saturdays a month (weekday off each week when working Saturday)
• 4 patients per hour – practice has experienced tech’s that support Dr’s
• Dry Eye Suite (IPL)

Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in KY. Must have great attitude and willing to thrive in a team environment!
