Travel Optometrist needed in Fresno area – $700 per diem, mileage reimbursed
This unique eyecare opportunity would involve taking lightweight mobile equipment with you to different assisted living facilities and performing routine vision exams on the geriatric population. Make a difference in the lives of your patients, earn $700 per diem for working just 6 hours per day! Gas is reimbursed.
Overview:
- No weekends
- Part-time or full-time
- 8am-2pm typical daily schedule
- Schedule is very flexible
- Lightweight mobile equipment provided
- Routine vision care, dilation
- Average patients in a day: 25
Compensation and benefits:
- $700 per diem
- Mileage reimbursed $0.60 per mile

Minimum qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
- Valid CA optometry license
- Driver’s license
- Willing and able to drive around the area for work
- Passion for caring for the geriatric population
