Medical Optometrist Opportunity | $250K+ Earning Potential | Phoenix Valley

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced OD who enjoys medical optometry, wants significant earning potential, and is comfortable stepping into an established, busy patient schedule from day one.
The incoming optometrist will provide comprehensive medical eye care, diagnosing and managing ocular disease while referring surgical cases to the practice’s ophthalmologists. The surgical team includes specialists in cataract surgery, oculoplastics, interventional glaucoma, and MIGS, providing an excellent environment for collaboration and continuity of care.
Doctors typically see 35–40 patients per day in 15-minute appointment slots and receive substantial clinical support, including two dedicated technicians plus additional float support. Technicians can also be utilized for scribing and refraction based on the doctor’s preferences and workflow.
As a privately owned practice, providers are given considerable autonomy in how they practice and utilize their clinical teams. The Glendale office also features a small optical, and providers may incorporate vision exams and refractions alongside medical care. The practice utilizes an iPad-based clinical workflow with ModMed.
