Our practice is succession planning as we have a partner retiring. We are actively searching for a new associate to fill some big shoes and assume a patient base. Opportunity to do 8-15 cataracts a week immediately and build from there. The provider retiring sees anywhere from 40-50 patients a day with our skilled and wonderful support staff. We are a comprehensive practice so there is a great opportunity for a Cornea or Glaucoma MD to build a successful practice. We have a need for a Cornea specialist and there is not a Glaucoma surgeon in the immediate area. We currently do LASIK so that is an option as well. We have a main location and two satellite locations. Our providers currently go to the satellite locations a half day each week. We are searching for an MD/DO who would like to be in the area long term, be involved in the community, and help us continue to grow. It is a partnership track position after 18 months and opportunity to buy shares into the ASC down the road. Guaranteed base + bonus, full benefits. Our doctors have come from all over and been with us for years!
