Private Ophthalmology practice is searching for a new associate to assume an immediate patient base! Currently a solo practice and the MD is booked months in advance. The MD would like to find an associate who will eventually take over the practice in a few years. Busy cataract/Glaucoma practice with state of the art in house equipment and access to an outpatient surgery center. Excellent work/life balance with no hospital call and rare practice calls. The current MD is doing about 35 cataracts a month in addition to YAGs, SLTs, LASIK, MIGs, and some cornea procedures. Offering a guaranteed base + bonus with full benefits.
