The position offers a balanced mix of glaucoma procedures and cataract surgery, supported by a strong referral base from comprehensive and subspecialty colleagues. The practice features a state-of-the-art clinical environment and on-site ASC access, allowing for efficient, high-quality patient care and surgical autonomy.

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed base salary of $300,000–$350,000 (DOE), plus productivity bonus
