Position Overview

• Full-scope Comprehensive Ophthalmology

• High cataract volume (1,000+ annually)

• Immediate patient demand and strong referral base

• Minimal call

• Stable, long-term opportunity in a private practice setting (no PE)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $285,000 + bonus (dependent on experience)
