Well-established and reputable ophthalmology practice dedicated to providing exceptional eye care services to our patients is looking for our next associate. With a focus on cataract and LASIK surgeries, we perform approximately 2,500 cataract surgeries and 300-350 LASIK surgeries annually. We specialize in premium IOLs and laser-assisted cataract surgeries to ensure the best outcomes for our patients. Our owner, an experienced and respected surgeon, is now looking to slow down and is interested in finding a skilled and passionate ophthalmologist to join our team and potentially become a partner. We have three satellite locations that you will visit a few times a month, allowing you to expand your reach and contribute to the growth of our practice. Minimal on-call: one week every 6-7 weeks (practice & hospital) and you are compensated $1,000 per day for hospital call.  We are interested in finding a dedicated and skilled ophthalmologist to join the practice and potentially become a partner. This partnership opportunity offers long-term stability and potential for career growth.

Qualifications:
– Medical degree (MD or DO)
– Board certification or board eligibility in Ophthalmology
