Immediate need for a strong, efficient cataract surgeon in Monroe, GA. Great ophthalmology practice searching for a new associate (cataract surgeon) to start as soon as possible as they have a physician relocating in June 2024 to be closer to family. Opportunity to walk into a full book of business seeing 40 patients a day and do 50-60 cataracts a month. Partnership track position. Guaranteed base of $350,000 + bonus (Negotiable and DOE), sign on bonus, and full benefits.
