Optometrist (OD)

Position Highlights:

• Great schedule: Monday through Friday, no weekends
• Full-scope practice: Comprehensive exams as well as medical, pre/post-op, and more
• Two-location private practice: Independent, doctor-driven care, without the corporate red tape
• Manageable patient load: An average of about 20 patients per day, with tech support to keep your schedule running smoothly
• Advanced technology: Equipment includes OCT, visual field testing, and more
• Medical focus: Approximately 40-45% of exams are medical, so you’ll use your clinical skills every day
• Your specialty is welcome: Myopia management, scleral lenses, and other specialty services are encouraged, and we’ll support you in building them

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary of $130,000+ plus bonus opportunity
• Comprehensive benefits package, including PTO, 401(k), health and dental insurance, licensing support, and more
• 4 weeks of PTO

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)

• License to practice in the state of IL

• Excellent clinical and communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a team environment
