Location: Weslaco, TX (Rio Grande Valley)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday (Only 1–2 Saturdays/month required)

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $160,000 / year
• High-Yield Performance Bonuses:
  • 50% Bonus on LASIK co-management and procedures
  • 30% Bonus on specialty lens fits
• Earning Potential: $190,000+ total compensation expected
• Student Loan Repayment: $12,000 per year paid directly toward your student loans

Core Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams, vision testing, and contact lens fittings.
• Provide specialty contact lens evaluations and co-manage refractive surgery (LASIK) patients.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage ocular diseases and disorders.
• Maintain clear patient records and communicate care plans effectively.
