Optometrist (OD)

Position Highlights:

Full-time Optometrist position with a well-established private practice near Longmeadow, MA. This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who wants a balanced schedule, a diverse patient base and the clinical autonomy that comes with full-scope practice. This practice has great reviews!

Schedule

• Full-time, four-day work week (Monday–Thursday)
• No evenings, no weekends — enjoy a true three-day weekend, every week

The Practice

• Full scope optometry: approximately 60% comprehensive care, 40% medical
• Patient base spans pediatric through geriatric, offering variety and continuity of care
• Comfortable patient volume — 3 to 4 patients per hour, supported by dedicated, experienced technicians
• Located in a highly desirable area with ample, convenient parking

Compensation & Benefits

• Excellent compensation: base salary range of $130,000-180,000 commensurate with experience
• Bonus based on production
• Full benefits package

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)

• License to practice in the state of
