An established, physician-owned ophthalmology practice in the South Puget Sound region is seeking a full-time optometrist to join its collaborative MD/OD team. Primary needs are in Gig Harbor, University Place, and Puyallup, with flexibility to build a schedule across one or two locations based on the incoming doctor’s preferences and commute.

New providers typically begin seeing 12–20 patients per day while learning the practice and gradually build toward approximately 30 patients per day. Technicians perform refractions, and providers at full volume are supported by a dedicated scribe whenever possible.
