• Excellent guaranteed compensation– $160,000-$175,000 (depending on experience)– plus production incentives that allow for $200K+ potential

Requirements: O.D. licensed to practice in TN required- (Residency trained or experienced OD’s preferred) Excellent clinical and Communication skills. Thrives in a team environment.
