I joined ETS in 2024 as a Recruiter Support Associate and was promoted to Ophthalmology Recruiter in 2026. As a national Ophthalmology recruiter my focus is on placing top Ophthalmologists with the best practices across the country. I listen to each and every candidate and client to make sure I understand their individual needs and goals in order to help them find the perfect opportunity or associate. I am a valuable resource to candidates throughout their career.  My goal is simple: earn the trust of ophthalmology practices large and small, and help them find the right associate for their team. I’m always available to answer any questions you may have!

Born and raised in West Virginia, I’ve spent the last 15 years living in Virginia. After more than 16 years in finance, I was ready to join a company where I could use my networking to make a difference in people’s lives and careers.

In my free time, I enjoy spending as much time as possible on the river and with my wife and two children. Even though I now live in Virginia, you’ll still find me rooting for WVU!
