A busy, private, physician-owned ophthalmology practice in New York’s Capital Region is seeking a comprehensive Ophthalmologist with an interest in high-volume cataract surgery. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who wants to build a strong cataract practice quickly while maintaining autonomy and a healthy work-life balance.

The practice offers a collaborative MD/OD model with strong referral relationships and a growing patient base. The incoming surgeon will be busy immediately, with full technical and staff support to maximize efficiency in clinic and the OR.
