Overview:
- Mon-Fri only
- 2 comprehensives per hour + office visits throughout the day
- Techs provide pretesting and contact lens training
- Comprehensive exams, ocular disease, dry eye, contact lens, some pre/post-ops
- Patient base 80% adult-to-geriatric, 20% peds
- EHR: Eyefinity
- Open part-time or full-time applicants
Compensation and benefits:
- $140,000-$150,000 salary for full-time
- Bonuses TBD
- Health insurance
- Malpractice insurance
- Continuing education
- 10 days PTO
- Unlimited, flexible unpaid time off
- Paid holidays (closed from Christmas to New Years Day
- Employer match on Simple IRA once eligible
- Future ownership option
Minimum qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
- Valid California optometric license, or intent to obtain
- Team player attitude
