Full-time opportunity for an Optometrist with an OD/MD practice in Cheyenne, WY – M-F schedule, excellent bonus structure with high volume, full patient load upon start

Since 1903, this renowned eye clinic and surgery center has provided comprehensive eye care services to improve patients’ sight and enhance their lives. Join a team of board-certified doctors, experienced technicians, and friendly staff.

Highlights:

• M-F schedule
• Tech support provided
• EHR: NextGen
• Patients mostly adult to geriatric
• Practice to the fullest extent of your license
• Provide post-ops exams for cataract and glaucoma, comprehensive exams, and optical
• 30-40 patients per day (heavy post-op volume)
• Call rotation: 1-in-3
• Come into a full patient load

Compensation and benefits:

• Base pay: $120,000-130,000 + production bonuses (20-30% of billing, 5-10% of optical)
• Health, dental, and malpractice insurance
• HSA + employer match
• ST Disability and life insurance
• $3500 per year for CE

Minimum Qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
• Valid Wyoming Optometry license
