Optometrist (OD)

A growing private practice near Lafayette, IN is seeking two full-time Optometrists to join their team. This thriving practice is equipped to offer full-scope optometry and provides a great Monday-Friday schedule. Located about 65 miles from Indianapolis and 130 miles from Chicago, Lafayette is a central hub with Purdue University nearby in West Lafayette. The area boasts a vibrant economy with a variety of large employers, along with plenty of cultural and recreational activities such as farmer’s markets, riverside trails, parks, zoos, breweries, and over 400 restaurants. Lafayette also features excellent public schools, affordable housing, and a lower-than-average cost of living.

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
• License to practice in the state of IN
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
