Optometrist (OD)

Currently seeking an Optometrist for a part-time opportunity with a practice in the Reading area.  The practice needs coverage 3 weekdays with last patient at 4:00.

Benefits for the Optometrist (OD)

• M-F with last patient @ 4:00
• 3 days per week preferred
• Technician does pre testing
• Need to be credentialed with medicaid and major vision insurances
• Average 28-32 patients per day with tech support
• Spanish a plus
• 1099 or LLC

Responsibilities of the Optometrist (OD)

• Perform comprehensive eye health and vision examinations
• Diagnose disease and vision disorders
• Counsel patients regarding their vision needs

Requirements of the Optometrist (OD)

• Doctor of Optometry degree (OD)
• License to practice in the state of PA
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team environment
