Overview:

• Mon-Fri only
• Very full-scope, medical practice
• EHR: Revolution
• Techs perform pre-testing
• Routine exams, surgical post-ops, ocular disease mgt, dry eye, retinal detatchment, strabismus, emergent exams, etc.
• 14 scheduled exams per day plus follow-ups/medical walk-ins

Compensation and benefits:

• $160,000 salary
• Health insurance (60% employer-paid)
• IRA with 3% employer match
• PTO
• Malpractice insurance
• Buy-out or partnership opportunities

Minimum qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry degree (O.D.)
• Valid Minnesota optometry license
• Interest in staying in Wadena long-term
• Interest in ownership or partnership
