Well-established, successful group of optometric practices seeks an optometrist for their Duluth & Two Harbors, MN locations – Autonomy of practice, Mon-Fri only!

They started their business to offer a functionable, affordable, unforgettable experience to anyone who enters the doors to one of their eye care practices. Over the years, many things have grown — their number of locations, their technology, their ability to provide an unmatched eyewear shopping experience — but their mission has stayed the same: they strive to provide value in every aspect of their patients’ care.

Highlights of the position:

• Mon-Fri only
• Primary care optometry
• Autonomy to practice as you’d like (scope of practice, schedule, etc.)
• Split time between Duluth & Two Harbors (15 mins apart)
• Practices have Clarus wide-field imaging, autorefractors
• Will purchase medical equipment if desired
• 2-3 patients/hour
• Techs do pretesting
• EHR: Compulink

Compensation/benefits of the position:

• Earn $145,000-$165,000
• Benefits: Health and dental insurance, malpractice, $1000 toward CE yearly, W-2 or 1099, gas reimbursement

Minimum qualifications:

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree
• Valid Minnesota license
