Full time opportunity to join an established Ophthalmology practice that is looking for a confident cataract surgeon capable of high surgical volumes. There are cases on the table when the new associate arrives and a referral network that is firmly established.

This position is designed to be heavily surgical and keep surgeons in the OR as much as possible. The practice heavily co-manages cases and many patients elect for premium lenses. Surgery will be done in a state of the art ASC equipped with a femto-second laser.

Compensation will be a $250,000 base with production bonus – associates in the practice can earn north of $500,000 with the volume available at the practice.

Current or in process Texas medical license preferred.

Requirements: M.D./D.O. and Board Certified/Eligible.
