Busy, multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a full time Cataract Surgeon/Comprehensive Ophthalmologist. The practice currently consists of glaucoma, retina, and oculoplastic fellowship trained surgeons. Partnership is offered after 2 years

The practice has a surgical referral model and as a cataract surgeon you can be in the OR more than 1 day per week once fully ramped up. The practice has a strong refractive cataract practice and owns its own surgery center which you can buy into. Optometrists in the practice take care of most of the primary care patients. In clinic, each provider is supported by a team of techs and a scribe. There is no hospital call required.

Compensation will be a base salary (dependent on experience) with an above market production bonus.

Requirements of the Ophthalmologist

• Doctor of Medicine (MD)/Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified/Eligible
• Open to 2024 residents and fellows
