A well-established ophthalmology practice with a large patient base and a stellar reputation is seeking a full-time Cataract and Refractive Surgeon. This position offers a unique opportunity to transition into a high-volume role, taking over the patient base of a retiring surgeon. The practice operates from a single clinic location with an attached surgery center, so there is no travel required and no hospital call obligations. With a strong emphasis on leading-edge technology and innovation, the practice includes a fully equipped LASIK suite for regular refractive procedures.

Position Highlights:

• Scope of Practice: High-volume cataract and refractive surgery, with up to 2 days per week in the OR and regular LASIK procedures.
• Facilities: Modern clinic with an attached surgery center owned by the practice, providing convenient, high-quality surgical care.
• Career Growth: Comprehensive transition plan over one year, with mentorship provided; partnership opportunity and surgery center buy-in available after one year.

Compensation and Benefits:
Base salary up to $500K for an experienced surgeon with production bonuses, plus partnership and surgery center ownership opportunities.
